That is absolutely awesome! BTW, a lot of horses do lie down to sleep. Some sun bathe completely stretched out. It's wild to see!

Yeah, my horses used to lay out all the time, now they're old men and I guess it's just hard for them to get up and down easily.

I have a centaur character, and he sleeps laying down.. they are extremely flexible, and since they have two sets of organs, or so I believe, they dont have the same trouble normal horses would have if they lay down. I should draw my centaur sleeping, would be cute.

Kiblan portrayed a centaur asleep. He was standing upright, but there was a blanket draped over him and his head rested on a dresser with a pillow provided. His arms hung down.
Kiblan is dead now -like everybody else. Many works by him are amusing, even preposterous. like "the Turk".

To me, I think they would only be as flexible on their repective parts as a human/horse would. Hmmn..
