OMG I totally adore this! I.. think I just felt in love with this Senshi. OMG. Her teint, her eyes and lip colour, her hair, and of course all the colours and her fuku and school uniform... And the pose and the gorgeous reflection...

I LOVE the background! It's simple so the attention is all on the character. 
How do you do that with the photoshop? I only have photoshop Elements 8.

I use Photoshop CS2.
What about reflection on this artwork - I drew it traditional method on paper and only coloured it in photoshop. [link]
