I'mma thank for showing us this, I decided to take the time to make a tutorial for this baby!Rules and what not posted here: reimarisakuya.deviantart.com/jβ¦
Uzume model used from this pack, in other words, I did not import this: angelofinflation.deviantart.coβ¦
About the rules, apparently the user hasn't posted in a long time, so I don't really know how we're supposed to approach these rules, but apparently I can post this. I do apologise in advance if things go south for some reason, and sorry if I sound kinda worrisome! Although I'd advise keeping the rules in mind, just in case!

UPDATE: I forgot to add this.
Jiggle bones will cause clipping, this is what I did:
I went to Physical Operation and changed it to "No Calculation.
This way, you'll be able to move the jiggle bones to your liking, hence why the tie is all fixed up in the finished image.

Is it possible to use multiple Transform tools in the same project? I'm trying to expand different body parts on a character my making several copies of their mesh; but as soon as I add a 2nd bubble to a different mesh it gets bound to the original sphere along with the previous mesh. I've tried making copies of the transform files with different names, but not dice.
What do you normally do to have multiple inflated models in the same scene?

Sadly, as far as I'm aware, it's pretty much a one tool deal, so you won't be able to do something like say have both an inflated and flattened person in the same shot, as for multiple inflated models, you just assign the effect to other models and they'll follow suit.

Turns out if I open the new files in notepad++ and change the names from the old files to the new ones I can have multiple sphere tools out acting independently of eachother
I copied a new file called "TransformFX200 [TrController2.fx]" and edited that one in notepad++ to work with other new files: TrController2.fx and TransformFX200
Then edited those other files in the same way.

Great tutorial. Quick question though, how do you get rid of, or at least reduce the clipping issue with clothes not effected by Jiggle physics?.

Sorry to say, but I never did get around to fixing that, so I don't have anything on it yet.
I know Imbapovi edits the MMD models in Blender to get rid of the clipping, I can at least say that

I'd check one of the square joints in the center, I don't remember if the Neptunia ones are labeled, but you wanna find the master bone, slide that down then the body will be effected

No worries, it's all good!
Yep! Also, the center bone (not the master bone) has to be moved down, or else when the effect takes place, it'll just turn the character's model into a dome-like shape, just felt I'd mention that just in case!
