IT'S FINALLY DONE AGH. I was worried I wasn't gunna get it done in time! (I go away for a week starting today where I won't have any internet access haha)
A few things here, though.
Working under this story's "headcanon" rules, Sans likely lied about not knowing Toriel's name you would too, if you were as suspicious of the kid as he was. Not to mention, it doesn't seem like something entirely out of character for him to throw people off.
While I was drawing this, I came across an interesting thought. The bunny DOES say "they just showed up one day" where are they showing up from? If they were always monsters, likely not the surface! And depending on what fanfic headcanons you prefer, it could be people forgot (like here), they were 'created' in some form underground, or weren't the same as they were before. Regardless, I did notice the wording was interesting!
The reason as to why memories of Sans was affected by proxy of Gaster's disappearance will connect a little more tightly in a couple pages, but for now just know that everyone's memories as different people were affected differently, just like anything. Some people may end up with bigger portions, some with little pieces that fit few and far between, some potentially repressed what they didn't remember and filled in gaps for themselves to make sense of the world around them, it all depends on the individual. But regardless of how big the pieces are that they came away with, memory of gaster with -everyone- is missing.
And yes, undertale on the internet and fandom is definitely a thing that exists in this universe. XD you didn't think I was gunna do serious shipping in this comic did you? we don't have time for ships we have SCIENCE
It's 5:40 am, I gotta be leaving at 10 am at the latest to go on a 8 hr car ride. Now I sleep, but sleep easy knowing this page that took SO LONG TO DO is done haha!

It's really interesting and sad that people not only forgot Gaster, but Papyrus and Sans as well, esp. Sans, man I can't wait for this to be explained more, I'm happy memories of Sans which were affected by proxy of Gaster's disappearance will connect more and be explained more tightly within these next pages/in a couple of pages, why they were forgotten, esp. Sans, how Papyrus remembers of all this, how much of Papyrus was forgotten and how much does he remember, was Papyrus not affected as much as Sans and not as forgotten as Sans and Gaster because he was younger, and not as involved with the projects/experiments, and not as close to Gaster as Sans was? Also, I would to see, learn more of the past, etc, and see in the past and present even more then he already has displayed, his probably major sadness to being forgotten even if he didn't get erased like Gaster, to being forgotten by even old friends, plus I'm curious as to just how much people forget Sans, Papyrus, etc., and just how much inventions and things did and said Sans & Gaster helped on, created other people took credit for, what I mean by that just how memory hole filling people did with them? And, just how much Gaster's erasing, timelines being messed with, and the worry of forgetting more himself affects him, which is obviously quite a lot, but will definitely be interesting to see more. Anyways, I'm hoping the can save Gaster. And people can start remembering Gaster, Sans, Papyrus somewhat, and past stuff, relationships, because it's just sad to be forgotten, Tori forgetting Sans really hit me in the heart, though it's nice to see they have a current one, also Sam/Frisk smirking at the Sans x Tori ship, Sam/Frisk the ship master, Sans was not pleased at Sam/Frisk for that. Anyways, this was an amazing long page, it keeps getting more and more interesting, hoping there is even more to go for a long time, and that all the monsters can get to the surface, and get a true more happy ending and beyond. Also, I'm hoping to see some awesome and badass fights, magic, teleportation stuff with esp. with Sans (I'm curious to see u would do the Gaster Blasters, etc. since u have already done his teleportation well), Undyne, & the human, anyways u are pretty good artist, and from I've seen u would probably be good at the stuff mentioned. Plus, even more psychological, mind, and science stuff, those stuff have been interesting. Anyways, amazing page, u keep getting and better, the way u have been drawing the human looks way better, like the way u drew the flashback in style of the game, k, think I'm done.
