we're getting there guys, I promise. On this page Gajeel runs away because he has to face the reality that Β no matter what he wants to pretend he isn't really part of Lilly's family(by blood anyways)
when Gajeel would get really depressed he would lie to himself and pretend that Lilly was his blood mother and he really wanted to believe it because he felt she was really all he had. So when she told him the truth (finally) he freaked out and ran because he didn't want to face it

Seriously though, this comic has gone really good so far, and it's an interesting story. You kinda feel sympathy for Gajeel, but you also think he's a bit of a jerk since Lilly did the right thing in telling him since he'd probably be pissed ifΒ he found out on his own in the future.
Your handwriting is really neat and easy to read too - I've been super impressed! And I've mentioned before that the facial expressions are great!
Keep it up sissie ;w; you're doing a wonderful job so far~

XDDD Unfortunately the next couple of pages are on a major delay due to photoshop crashing and the sixth page got deleted.(I had everything lined and the ENTIRE background done...like EVERY.SINGLE.PANEL.WAS.DONE.IN.THE.BACKGROUND. God I was ready to kill somebody....URRRRGHH. It was a bitch because I had all the trees in the background matching those on the cover perfectly. Mrrrhhh whatever)
Good! The plan was to make you feel something for Gajeel but at the same time want to punch him the face. He's certainly an impossible person to get along with, but in the end he has a big heart and loves those around him. :'D I'm so glad you can read my handwriting. I feel like it's messy but yee! Hopefully when I get all the assignments and stuff out of my I'll probs try and get the next couple of pages up.

Oh god I hate when art programs have a cow like that >:c Like, I can't save my pictures when I'm on gimp because then all the layers will merge together and it'd be difficult to complete the picture with all the layers merged.
Punch it in the face >:c Or abandon it for a couple weeks so that it comes crawling back to you like a needy ex (not that I know what that's like or anything...XD //forever alone)
I can't wait for the next couple pages though, but do take your time~ Quality over quantity and all that! ^^
