Description
Corlys Velaryon aka The Sea Snake. This specific image is of Corlys Velaryon from the ASOIAF Alternate History/Self-Insert fanfiction story High Tide by Tertius711 , in which a person from our world gets inserted into the body of Corlys Velaryon from ASOIAF.And before anyone complains that this looks nothing like Steve Toussaint, A) this Corlys is based on the one from the books and B) the story this image is specifically based upon was written before the premiere of House of the Dragon.
Like with my previous Viserra image, I overall tried to give the piece a whole semi-Renaissance painting look.
EDIT: So I went back and switched the background with the one I originally did for Aurane Velaryon. Now it has a background that includes the Castle of High Tide itself. For the castle I basically put the castle of Mont Saint Michel in France at the bottom and Cair Paravel from Narnia replacing the top, then gave it a bit of a more white marble looking recolor. The intention is to make it look like Corlys is in the harbor of Spicetown with High Tide behind him.
EDIT 2: I also decided to flip the background.
