My buddy has been super supportive recently and I wanted to do something for her.I've done a drawing from scratch of Vallen before, and that was fine, but you know what looks better? A screenshot edit! ^^
I imagine the scenario for this picture is very early on when Angeline first joins the X-Men. It's a rocky start for sure. While training something goes array and Vallen leaves in an outburst, prompting Wolverine to follow her. He's doing his best to make her feel welcome. Vallen looks so co conflicted about it.
It's actually kinda funny to think about. Vallen struggling with an absent father trying to do the right thing, an interesting parallel to Savannah who also has an absent father in Sabretooth, but she's the one trying to get close. I'd imagine Savannah would be jealous of Vallen that she's lucky to have a guy like Logan as a father who's supportive and making an effort.
