So I've been sitting on this a while. Been wanting to redo Evelyn. Aside from the hair style, the only major change is her code name. So here is the updated reference as well as the info on her powers. ^^

Vapor possesses the abilities to move through the dark as nothing more than the living embodiment of a shadow.

As shown in this reference, she can solidify her shadow to a variety of sizes. With this shadow she can see everything it can see through her own eyes completely separate from herself. This was a major part of her life as an agent to spy on others.

Without high level light sources, Vapor is completely intangible, can shift from place to place in shadow and silhouette, see in complete darkness, and camouflage herself.
