I decided to do a much better reference for Evelyn~ ^^
I also changed the coat she had to a cape. Capes are cooler.

Explaining the stats~
Strengh: Evelyn has the ability to lift far more than any normal human being. She can easily lift half a ton with ease, and around 30,000 lbs at most.
Stamia: Evelyn has a impressive increase in her stamina. Able to stay active for a long periods of time without giving out.
Luck: Luck is a numbers game and has very little to do with a persons outcome.
Resistance: Along with her stamina increase, Evelyn also has great endurance.
Defense: With the ability to dematerialize Evelyn is practically untouchable without the use of special weapons.
Skill: Whether wit or combat, Evelyn can and will get the job done. She's a master hacker, designer, and fighter.
Speed: While faster than average, Evelyn still has to work hard to keep up the likes of Steve Rogers and friends in terms of foot speed. She is also good at coming up with solutions on the spot, but prefers to think hard things thoroughly.
Magic: I don't know whether to consider her shadow powers as magic, so magic is something to be desired. However she may later learn the ways.

Residence: In a very remote little home in a grassy field. Formerly where the Kollmann Industries stood before she burned it all down. Evelyn purchased the land, as well as some around it and completely hid it off from onlookers. It's now her own little spot in the middle of nowhere.
Group: Formerly the Kollmann Corp Industries, Currently an on/off again member of The Avengers. Evelyn refuses to ever join SHIELD or any other agency.
Love: N/A Evelyn is still in mourning from the death of her partner Timothy Brooks,
Relationship: Evelyn is the daughter of Dean Palmer and Rebecca Everstone (divorced).
Dean Palmer is your typical hard working father, with a small gambling problem. It's an addiction that has led him into dangerous situations, and the loss of his wife and child. Barely scraping by the poverty line hidden away in a slum occasionally running from low down dirty loan sharks and gangsters. Only still going because of luck, and Evelyn pulling his ass out of the fire. Even with this addiction, he is not a hardened man. He loves his daughter, and has no ill will towards his ex wife. His problems are at his own fault.
Rebecca Everstone A very classy lady, Rebecca loves to live the life of luxury. She has built up herself a very pristine reputation. Coming from wealth and marrying into it, she practically built up an empire. Wife to a very successful stuffy CEO Rebecca went into creating a name for herself. One in particular into her own fabric line. With a smart mind, Rebecca created her own fabric invulnerable to tearing and very resistant to other forms of conflict. A line Evelyn herself uses in all her clothing and added onto, considering normal clothing is normally unable to phase with her. Rebecca is a very kind woman, she would never wish any harm on her ex husband, after all he is the father of her child. It was a mutual divorce. She puts her daughter first in everything. Even after years of not hearing from her, Rebecca welcomed her with open arms, much to the dismay of her husband. Rebecca Everstone has since become one of the most influential women of her lifetime.

-Other relationships for Evelyn includes her mother's husband, William Boore. A man that clearly doesn't like Evelyn, and she doesn't like back.
-The avengers are obviously close acquaintances and friends with Evelyn.

Opponent: The entirety of Kollmann Corp and its founder Kollmann Riemer. Evelyn despises the industry and will try her damnest to destroy every trace of its existence.

Goal: Evelyn started working with the Kollmann Corp with a desire to improve the life of humanity. When she discovered her creations were being used a weapons, she swore to never allow her design to fall into the wrong hands, and vowed to right the wrongs indirectly caused by her.

Conflict: Evelyn has this nagging feeling parts of the Kollmann Corp are still thriving, and she fears them growing to power. She has a lot of guilt in regards to the death of Timothy Blake and the harm of what the weapons she created could have done. She also fears the experimentation on herself was the wrong step to take.

Motivation: Evelyn has a strong sense of what's right, and she won't hesitate to move forward.

Fears: Evelyn fears the faults of her past will cost her everything she has.

Skills/Talents:
Genetic Mutation
While incredibly skilled in combat otherwise the agency leader, Kollmann Riemer, convinced Evelyn to subject herself to serum injections to make her stronger. These chemical mixtures were incredibly successful in morphing Evelyn beyond restrictions. This included making her much faster than before, with an increase to her durability, she's able to stay active for a long period without growing tired. A super human strength boost allows her to lift more than any human being possibly could with relatively no trouble. Long term exposure has left Evelyn with incredible endurance, able to take massive hits and blows yet still left standing. In addition to the enhancement of her power and speed, the serum also affected her very genetics. This includes her hair fading to white and her eyes shifted to a shade of violet. Lastly, the serum caused her to gain shadow based powers.
These include
~"Shadow Manipulation". She has the ability to create forms from the shadows to act as distractions, act as a second vision to where she can see separate rooms using them, and even to create her own army. The only downsides is these shadow creatures are very easy to destroy, and the more Evelyn spawns, the weaker she and they get.
~"Background Blending". Meaning as long she's not under any direct light, Evelyn can camouflage herself completely hidden from the naked eye. However a super trained eye could catch on to the patterns and see her with concentration.
~"Intangibility". Evelyn can dematerialize her body into shadows, making her practically untouchable by everyone and everything. Kollmann however took in to account Evelyn betraying him, and created a set of "light" weapons that can pierce through Evelyn's defenses and very well kill her.
~"Nocturnal Vision". Genetic mutations from serum testing is why Evelyn's eyes are purple, and while they are pretty, they are also very good at seeing things in complete darkness. This has led her eyes to become more sensitive to bright lights, and an opponent can use that to their advantage. Large flashes of lights would leave Evelyn temporary blind.
~"Mental Illusions". In due time, Evelyn may learn a few tricks in magic. One of which involving creating illusions and hallucinations to confuse her opponents. Depending on her opponent, strong minded foes can resist her fabrications.
