There's a story to this one XD. I thought I had read every single chapter up to the current one...262. But apparently not. You see, the website I was using was missing one particular chapter, the chapter crucial to any Byakuya fan.
And I had no idea I had missed it until a few weeks ago, when I was reading character biographies. It mentioned Hisana and I was like "FTW did the anime people do this or something?! Did Kubo do an extra chappie and I missed it?!"
And alas. I'd missed a chapter somewhere down the line Dx So now I'm splurging on ByakuyaxHisana goodness. I wanna write a fanfiction SO BAD. Or at least a one/two-shot. Probably one-shot knowing me.
*steps down from soap-box* Sorry. Thought I'd share.

Sentimental junk: I think it's so sad how he loved her so much, and yet she was too obsessed with finding Rukia to love him back. Personally, I think she couldn't have loved him, seeing as she hated herself so much for abandoning her sister. She wasn't exactly capable of caring for another person when she didn't see any worth in herself.

Now if I were her...I'd love Byakuya even if I hated my own guts...but I'm not getting into that
