It's simple...it's probably not very good, but it's an image that's been stuck in my head for at least a week now. It's just so damned weird, I guess.I really don't have much else to say about this one as I am on my last cig for the night, very tired, and possibly, very sick.

The beak/skull doesn't look quite right and I do want to touch up on the hair.

I agree that you could, if you were really being a brutal judge, maybe use the soften brush on the edges of the beak because it doesn't have blurry edges like the rest of the peice but I absolutely love it! PS Stop being so hard on yourself.

i love the concept and the execution... except... (you knew it was coming, right?) the beak doesn't look like it's growing from her face, has a pasted-on look. otherwise, i love the colours, tones, textures,... everything!

Yep, I knew about that problem, too. That's just why I gave up on it and chucked it into scraps. 
I'll probably take it into PS when I feel like it. Right about then, it just drove me nuts. Everything kept looking wrong to me.
