I think Azurill's GSC menu icon would be a Jigglypuff, like Marill and Azumarill.

While I think it's a rather useless Pokémon as it is (we really needed a weaker version of an already weak Pokémon, eh?), it's still cute like its evolutions. Probably even more so.
