Description
Oh boy, where do I start with this? A handful of sprites I've either made in the last few months or just didn't submit before. A few of these have been posted alongside journal entries, but someone who hasn't been following my journals wouldn't know that, right? This is mostly a Mario & Luigi sprite style practice dump, but there's some original stuff too. Sprites I made for my RPG game project, Foregone Guardians , depicting the playable character Ivan in both his present form and a younger version for a flashback, and two mushroom enemies called Mushroud and Slushroud. The name is a combination of mushroom (or slush) and shroud. Needless to say, the one with a little snow on top is the cold region variety, both hide among normal mushrooms and attack as you get near. They're probably pretty good at hide and seek, well at least the hiding part anyway. Also, they're completely remade versions of an old design I drew ages ago: www.deviantart.com/neslug/art/β¦
Trying to find a good balance between a watermark that isn't overly distracting but at the same time, makes sprite theft and such a bit more difficult.
I usually don't include palette swaps but I wanted to fill the empty space.

Your pixel art is amazing. These look like they could be from an official Mario game.

Thanks! It really does take quite a while to anti alias all the corners and such.
