A new take on that old Bowser animation: [link]Infinitely better than the old version, imo. It took me longer to update it than I thought it would, but I'm done, thank goodness.
Mario & Luigi RPG 3 out in Japan today.

what did u use to make it. please dont be photoshop cause its hard to animate with using a million layers for each movement.

I use MSPaint to make the sprites and AnimationShop to put them into a gif file.
