Creeps me out... Sorry. The white cheeks should be puffier, the back of his head behind the eyes should be thinner.

The back of his head was intentional, I wanted his head to have a rounder appearance. And I think the cheeks are fine, I didn't want him to look as if he was too happy or had his mouth full all the time. I see what you mean though.

I do agree the shoes are "hmm"
Not sure what exactly is off about them. Maybe make them a little rounder?

Rounder? I don't think that's even possible without making them too big.
I might make more palettes but I'm not going to submit any other colours, that would be pointless.
