Hey, people
This is my entry for Risembool Rangers Eye's Contest.
It was actually originally meant to be Zero, but it slowly morphed somehow into Edward's XD
It was an interesting angle to get right, and the final image looks pretty good :3
Edward doesn't belong to me. All credit of the character and Anime goes to Hiromu Arakawa.
This drawing belongs to me, so please don't steal.
Drawn and painted in Paint Tool SAI
Edited in Photoshop CS5.

It was very quickly done, rushed.
Back then I hadn't developed drawing faces properly so it looks a bit disproportioned.

Well, there's one at the moment I sort of like. I started it last night, it's America and Pirate England (because I'm obsessed XD)
There's only one reason for which I hate my drawings, it's the perfectionism I got from my mother...

Yeah, same here. I always strive to get the best out of my drawings, but they never look how I want them to. I guess it's about perseverance and practice, really X3

Again, it's the same here. And I struggle a lot with the colouring... No matter how good the inking is, the colouring always puts me off and makes me think it's not worth it to carry on. I've always had the same style, but can't find any tutorials on colouring.

Really? To me your colouring looks quite good. At least I like it. I know exactly what you're on about. I think there are a few tutorials on youtube and if you look for "coloring tutorials" in DA you'll find something too, I'm sure of this.

I want it to look... I don't know.. Sort of traditional, with the sort of blotchy appearance on the clothes. If you know what I mean..?
