Tutorial originally requested by , this is the first for me so if there is anything more you need to know about just feel free to ask.My last words to those who read through the tutorial: after getting the basics down, I recommend messing around with the smudge tool more often, it's your best friend on creating things such as explosions, smoke, cloud... get experimental for the most part, good results are very likely.
The ending was extremely predictable and it doesn't make sense with the tutorial at all, but hey I don't mind. I'm actually going to make a tutorial about how to draw mudkip right now so expect that very soon. X3

I've gotten it done two hours ago actually, I just have to wait until I get computer access. The Wii doesn't support an upload feature sadly.

It looks cool, and the light almost hurts the eyes. I guess it will be useful for me as I can't make proper backgrounds with the gradient tool in GIMP as I could in PS.
