it reminds me of the lavishly painted ceilings of the old theaters.. does "vie" mean "i see"? really well done.

It's not "Life", but "fight". Like, to vie for something.

Ohhh... I thought it was the French term... you know, as in "c'est la vie?"

Yeah, I've gotten that from a few people... but I'd much rather put something in Spanish than French anyway...

apophysis.org is the official website. Download the 2.02 version there, then go to =Gygrazok 's journal and get his version!

The colors work so well! I could picture this as the inside of a very expensivetogetinto bulding.

I get a very grandiose impression looking at this. A wonderful bit on construction and composition here. Lots of contrasts between the main shapes and the gradient is just stunning. This really takes me away. That's what it's all about!!

I can just feel the tension! And I love the swirling matter inside those orb shapes. Very ominous and other-worldly! : )

And there was me assuming that you meant "Vie" as in "la vie" - life! Which can, of course, be pretty dark and mysterious. Love it!

Yeah, I've had a couple of comments about that, but it wasn't what I had in mind.
Thanks, Mary!
