I really don't think it's all that blocky as compared to the reference
The pistol grip and lower receiver area is much more curved
also the gun looks about twice as thick as it needs to be
further, the reference has a lot of details you didn't model. Like the blue coils up front, the rear curve to the stock, lower rails on the foregrip, wrong scope, etc etc

But just so you know, i did not make the gun look all the same because this was just some then quick to give to some one, and i was not getting any thing off of it like points or money etc.
