Steaming up was a deep blue and white Caledonian Railway colored Tender Engine with a snow plow at his front and a snow clearing crew train behind him.
Andrew: Dinne fash yerse yerself, Meiss Shimmer. Yoor'll be it ay 'at snowdrift in ney but-a coople ay puffs!
Shimmer: *thinking* Great.... It just had to be one of the stupid, Scottish ones as well..
( I was thinking this could be how Andrew and Shimmer meet IC)

Yep, Pipa is know to be a arrogant engine and the one who stops her brothers’ bickering.
She’s often proud of her Scottish heritage and often makes threats to anyone who offends her closest friends Stacy (a grumpy Terrier A1) and Sophie (a shy timid Class 10 diesel shunter)

Likely, either she would want to know what he knows about Scotland or if he is against diesels (as that is one of the first times she does when anyone comes her line: “Lunar Railway” with her being the third oldest and third-in-command)

Yep, she’s the main fright engine of the Lunar Railway.
She mange to rescue her friends Annabelle (a GNR Stirling, second oldest and leader of the engines) and Princess Sodor (a LMS Princess Royal, one of the express engines) from a fire in their old shed. Which was mostly cause from him: vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/ml…

Reason was he thought Stacy was taking too long with moving the gunpowder vans and so raids her cab to make her go faster only to cause her to ram the trucks into the shed and cause a oil lamp to land on them.
He already cause Princess Sodor to be 5 minutes late to Knapford cause he didn’t bother to blow the whistle or wave the flag (which he was suppose to do), so Sunset (the railway’s second-in-command) had to do it and Blueblood blamed Princess Sodor for the delay.
The second thing was him putting coal into Pipa’s tender, but when one tiny piece of coal dust goes on him, he runs off leaving the coal hopper on overflowing Pipa’s tender and covering her up with coal. Stacy had to take the goods train whilst Pipa did her shunting with Sophie and Eema (Sophie’s older sister), with Blueblood yelling at her for being covered in coal dust, even when he was the one that cause it and Pipa just told him to shut up.
The fire was the final straw and the controller (vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/ml… ) was outraged at nearly losing three of her engines and she banishes Blueblood and disowned him from the family forever. And this was days after Twilight’s coronation
