This is intresting beucase well... I had stumbled on your gallery, I saw one piece... I think it was... Opposition and I thought... 'for some reason that reminds me of Halo'... probably because for some reason what's in the top left corner gave a reminder of the ring world, least in thumbnail mode, then when looking thru your gallery, I stumble on this... and I can't help but find it funny. Because that's a direct halo refrence (and I know a lot of people say this no doubt, but I'm very good with the plasma sword as well... infact I prob would prefer it even over the rocket launcher... I say even over it becuase to be dead honest, though I don't like using it, I woun't deny it's tactical effectivenss in combat... so if I have to use it... I wount heistate... less I've got a sword... I might use that till I have to use rockets...though my favorite weapons anywho are the SMG and anything that can go with it...). And Meta/Mecha no doubt. I'm only really familar with the sonic world so far as Sonic Adventure 1 and 2, I had missed out on most of the 16 bit days (excluding Gunstar heros), and I haven't had time to watch Sonic X (maybe I should), so I'm not so familar with metal besides some mention of him in past sonic games. I would not be so sure if he could own them both in any of the game... though in that situation right now given the rules of Halo 2 having no real way to stop a plasma sword attack save for a direct shotgun hit to the face, a melle attack from a brute shot (timed properly of course), managing to get out of the way at the last second, or a head shot from a sniper rifle (or killing them before they can get into range to use it)... or maybe a jedi lightsaber... Sonic and Shadow would be otherwise screwed...

You'ev done an excllent job with the ffects of the lighting, shading, all in all, it's great. Sonic being sonic I guess catches wind of Metal's new weapon first while Shadow seams more occuiped, only one can really tell what will actually happen even with that plasma sword, it's overall very well done. Great job there.

Sonic's sword actually reminds me of the sabers the Hunter-type characters in Phantasy Star Online use. Shadow's got two weapons, though-- gun and sword. Can't he and Sonic just run like heck to escape Metal's plasma sword? XD

Fantastic color job. You did a really good job with the lighting, especially with the glow of the swords there. The scenery looks awesome, and the perspective is great.

Last time I checked on the upcoming Shadow game, he only had a gun. I haven't heard a rumor of Shadow having a sword (except maybe here). But I personally think the concept of Shadow having a gun would be kind of interesting (don't ask me why though, I don't really know myself ), but my friend doesn't. For some reason I'm always the one who thinks differently from the rest of the group. Even though . Did you get all of that?

This is just to amazing! I didn't know Shadow would have a sword in the game.. makes me want the game now. Awesome job with the reflection in Sonic's eyes as well as... almost everything in the picture. I admire your background skills and the details in them as well. I like how you drew Shadow in that pose, with his gun and sword. And how Sonic is trying to defend himself... while Mecha Sonic appears and wants piece of the action. X3 I sort of feel iffy on how you drew Sonic's hands grasping the sword like that. But still, excellent job with the glowing effects on the swords and the dramatic scene. ^^ Awesome job with this picture Net Raptor.
