I recently caught Mewtwo in Pokemon Leaf, and proceeded to OWN the Elite Four with him. I see now why Mewtwo is liked so widely in the Pokemon community (and why he wound up in Super Smash Bros Melee). Then I got to thinking ... he's a lot like Shadow. The escaped experiment and everything. So here's a pic of them griping about the way their writers created them. XDRelated content

yeah.they both are strong and mysterious and a whole bunch of otherthings but one is a hedgehog and the other is a wierd lookin cat who can talk and kills.

I just think this picture is very cool. I guess I'm not the only one who thought they were very similar too... they've even both experienced amnesia including a little girl (Maria for Shadow, Ai/Amber-two for Mewtwo). Anyway, I think you draw very, very well! Well done!

I can imagine them duking it out and I wonder who would win a Hedgehog who can use the power of the Chaos Emeralds or a genetic clone of Mew whose power are doubled ???????

Too true, also the way that Mew two is a clone of Mew, and Shadow is a "supposed" ,even though not, clone of Sonic

OMG yesterday I was thinking the exact same thing that Shadow and Mewtwo were alike in almost every way, They were both developed by humans, and listen to this! THEY WERE BOTH IN A CYLINDER SHAPED TANK!!!!!! the both wonder what their purpose is, and they both turn good in the end I think.

-Laughs a bit- Oh man, this is well thought out. Not only is the meeting of these two clever, putting them in the night street, with their power sources... and the dialouge. The sparse, very funny and well thought out. The dark tone is also cool, and the lighting of the lamp, nice work!

Mewtwo rocks!! I love him to be honest, quite an interesting PokΓ©mon. And now that you mention it, him and Shadow ARE a lot alike. That would be either an interesting battle or they'd make good friends/allies. Wonderful idea and an awsome pic. ^^
