Behold, the Multiverse Map, part 1! This map here shows pretty much all the member of Shin Riders and a couple of other things.

If you notice that there are dotted lines on the map, those are the paths that character takes during a said series. Blocks of colors are Multiverse pockets.

The Digital Frontier is the Universe of Digimon Busters.

Now, the things is, the map is still incomplete, there are more riders needed to be added or will be added. Plus this doesnt include series that I have done, or others that I like and wish to add on the map. So look out for map 2.
