This old character of mine is for sale! I think his design is super unique and his story/folklore is pretty neat-o. Offer?

This is Rend! He lives high in the mountains, guarding the upper valleys from human intruders. He collects the souls of those who are overcome by mountain sickness or avalanches, and keeps them in the jar hanging on his side. Travelers share stories of how you can hear this mountain spirit's approach by the rattling of the skulls around his neck. If the wind is picking up and you hear this sound, it's definitely time to turn around and take a different route through the mountains, because you've probably ventured too close to the place this spirit is guarding.

YES. CHARMING.
He's BEAUTIFUL!! I love his colors and design! The design omfg those skulls are making me wriggle in my seat. I can hear them rattling in my head and SOOO MUCH GUSTA!!! The whole idea of collecting souls is so cool and I looove the shade of blue mixed in there and how it bleeds out into purple.
asdfi;aeoiafdsj; I love your original characters. Have I told you that before? Whelp, I have now. I do, I love them! They're all so interesting and either super cute like the nettlebeast or badass like this guy and your gods that are locked in battle.
I'd love to see you do more with them all! Or oooo Rend romping around with the nettlebeast, I might die hahaa

I just have to say that I keep coming back and looking at this picture because the colors and patterns you've used are so vibrant and distinct without being overpoweringly so! I love that purple with the teal and gold, and the little touch of blue around his mouth and eye, and all those lovely swirls intertwined with the rope and skulls in his neck fur. Rend is just SUCH A WONDERFUL UNIQUE CHARACTER and I love him so much oh my gosh ♥

oh that is sick! I love how you used the colours in this and how you made the jar stand out (especially since Rend's life purpose is to collect souls and you made it the focal point) but not just that, how you used a pattern movement for my eye's to travel around. Obviously my eye's went to the jar first and the souls, but when i looked back i followed towards his neck and than i got to see his face-- i really like how you used the same colour for the soul's and place it around his eye's and mouth-very nice touch.
You did an amazing job with the anatomy as well. The art is very clean-cut and sharp with the different contrast playing out, there is a lot going on but it doesnt feel over crowded. I like how you give more details to the area's that are important to this character yet you dont leave out the finer details with the rest of Rend ( paws, fur)

I have to say that the color composition WAS the most fun when I drew this! I am HUGE fan of teal (and all sorts of cooler toned colors, really) so his design suits my personality pretty well! Which make shim more fun to draw, of course!
