I wish they were a way to position his shoulders like this without having them droop like gorilla arms without any need for modifications.

I love Blurr, and this does him much justice. I like how you played with the blockier lines(forearms, etc) but he still looks very sleek.

Awesome job on the colors. Generations Blurr really has a rich range of blues which might not always be easy to work with but you did it brilliantly! Love the details you added to make Blurr more "racer" than his (beloved) white counterpart 
Also, putting the shoulder armor vertically to add more physical difference (not to mention it's got more of a "rocket" esthaetics now) was a stroke of genius !
I might just give up to Blurr's charm now
