Okay, so I've wanted to draw this for a looooooong time, but was kinda busy. Luckily, ~Insanity-24-7 suggested I doodle thumbnails one night to see what I could draw and this came about.Anyway, I learned that in the cervical curvature of our spines , there are two vertebrae right at the top called the atlas and the axis . The atlas supports the head, while the axis rests below the atlas and allows rotation of the head.
Of course, knowing both an Atlas and an Axis I could NOT, for the life of me, get this idea out of my head.
I'm actually rather happy with how Atlas turned out, even thought I had to scrunch him a bit more since he has a rather long torso, but overall I'm quite happy with this one. :3

That is a rather brilliant idea and almost makes me want to name a character after every bone in the human body so I could draw them all supporting each other like that.
