It's not, that's why I say "on my screen" I suppose I have to do so, but I'm kinda afraid to see, then, that I have to lighten alllll the pics of my gallery, because after that, they may seem too dark for me

you should calibrate as best you can - that way you can be sure everyone sees your pics the way you intended them (hopefully lol). Your shots look ok to me though mate

Be careful with it I went and bought a hardware calibration tool and its much more accurate altough my main lcd wasn't too far off the mark anyway.

I was more concerned about if my shot was appearing bright on a calibrated monitor! lol

Photoshop comes with Adobe Gamma if your running pre CS3. Also NVIDIA drivers come with a calibration tool as well that runs in the background - make sure you have that switched off or on neutrl before running any other tests!
