Another ball chase practice session with sweep. this is probably the only decent shot I got out of 150! Having real issues with my Sigma 300mm 2.8 ex dg with getting focus lock on moving subjects!faves most appreciated!

I'm on a PC lol. Signature is somthing you set to appear at the bottom of all your messages and posts. I'm guessing you may be on a mobile platform - not sure if that displays sigs or not.

ha ha ha gotta love it what an expression!!! if you had to do that many shots (as we all do) to get that id imagine why the dog would be trying to keep his eyes wide open!

Nah it wasn't too many. Usually action shots arn't a problem and I can consistantly nail pin sharp images within 3 frames burst fire. Its just when somthing is hurtling TOWARDS the lens it becomes near impossible somtimes.

The thumbnail seemed like nothing special. I thought "Eh, just another doggy running after the ball..." But man! When I openeed it, I broke out laughing. I can't believe how PERFECT his face is!

I have had this picture in my favs for a while, and again today as every time I see it I got a huge smile. My cocker spaniel is now 13, also with black and white spots, and he used to be this worked up about tennis balls to. great shot.
