my inspiration for this pic was derived from a pic from Vampire knight.The first manga with kaname as the model.

I added a few things though. Like the scar and the tattoos on his neck. This is Drae's charrie so I looked at his art to make the tattoo on his neck.
I thought it looked pretty much sick.
