I don't know if the Winx universe has a specific holiday set aside for love, but they probably do and Vince would make a special trip to hand deliver his flowers to Diaspro.
While I'm sure Diaspro has tons of presents from many different admirers, Vince would still make sure to get her something. I chose flowers because I don't see Diaspro as much of a chocolate fan, and I head cannon that she prefers to make her own jewelry so I giant bouquet of flowers seemed perfect.
(Vince slicks back his hair when he needs to do something serious, mainly when he's home on Eraklyon doing political stuff.)
