Description
I know many have made their own versions of a railway in Gensokyo but here is my take on it.

The Gensokyo Railway (kanji: "幻想郷鉄道") was created by the human village as a way of getting across the whole of Gensokyo much more safely without being attacked by yokai as original travel routes by foot were much more dangerous. While human workers were attacked by yokai during its construction, the railway opened to great fanfare by both humans and yokai as the region reached a new chapter, with the opening train headed by Locomotive No. VI (the Gensokyo Railway uses Roman Numerals for numbers) with a fleet of ten locomotives, copied from three classes from the very first locomotives in Japan. This was followed by their first tender engine (No. XI) and inside motion locomotive (No. XII). Rolling stock was copied from those of British design or origin. While the railway is still new, the future for them appears bright.

Locomotives:
-JGR Class 150 2-4-0T: No. I-V, short-distance passenger and goods service.
-JGR Class 160 2-4-0T: No. VI-VIII, express or suburban passenger service.
-JGR Class 110 2-4-0T: No. IX-X, shunting duties.
-OG design 4-4-0: No. XI (nicknamed "Cirno"), express service (if it wants to work properly).
-NSWGR 285 class 0-6-0T: No. XII (nicknamed "アウトバッカー", English: "The Outbacker"), suburban passenger service.

-6x "pioneer carriage stock"
-4x Stroudley stock
-3x Luggage vans
-4x Clerestory saloons

Goods stock (painted black):
-5x 3-plank wagons
-2x Clerestory vented vans
-5x Standard vans
-3x "Pillbox" brakevans
-2x End vented vans
-4x "cold vans" (Refrigerated vans in the Outside World)
-1x "Liquid carrier" (tanker to us in the Outside World)
-2x Wooden "bevel edged" wagons (hopper to us in the Outside World)
