Little scene I made showing HMS Resolute's (ex-RMS Britannic) size compared to even warships built after her despite being outdated and a relic of another age.

"Taken in September 1942 and taken from the I-class destroyer HMS Ilex (D61), much younger J-class HMS Javelin (G61) is seen escorting the 28-year-old troopship HMS Resolute heading for Australia. While Javelin had been repainted into her scheme shown here in late-April that year, Resolute maintains her unusual two-tone effect due to not having a repaint since being converted into a troopship in late-1939."

If I can get a 1:700 scale J-class destroyer kit (full hull, as well as a kit for an I-class to do HMS Ilex), then I can do this scene in a 1:700 resin display. I already recently acquired an Airfix 1:700 scale RMS Titanic, which will be used as the base while modified and kitbashed to form the larger vessel. The reason I chose HMS Javelin is because of her recent addition to Kantai Collection, so think of it as a bit of my way of celebrating that.
