Description Keep forgetting to upload this but after some refinements, now I can.

The NER Class A was a design of 2-4-2T for the North Eastern Railway. They were designed by T. W. Worsdell in 1886 as a replacement for the older Bogie Tank Passenger (BTP) designed by Edward Fletcher in 1874 and 60 were built from 1886 to 1982 by the NER's Gateshead Works, the design based on the GER M15 class 2-4-2Ts he had previously designed. They were the first locomotives on the NER to use steel boilers as opposed to iron ones used on previous locomotive designs. By the Grouping, the class became known as the "LNER F8 class" and being built for the same duties, worked alongside G5 (NER O class) and G6 (NER BTP) 0-4-4Ts on suburban trains across the ex-NER system. Following the introduction of railcars on their work, withdrawals occurred between 1928 and 1938 with none being preserved.
