I was inspired to build the Titanic after watching this video:

I know what you're saying, but they would still have rich people in the 23rd century like Carter Winston who used his wealth to save the colony on Cerberus from crop failure and starvation.

The economics of the future are different than they are today, I can only guess there's no fraudulent trickle down economy, and the rich have to pay their fair share.

But the wealth of knowledge became the new treasure instead of money, at least with Captain Picard.  Besides, as an admiral, he did fund Petra Aberdeen's treasure hunt to ensure these treasures don't get lost in the black market.

Off topic, if Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk had 90% of their wealth confiscated to fund schools, hospitals, public healthcare, alternative energy development, etc, etc, etc, they'd still have more money than either Bruce Wayne or Tony Stark.  And either Bruce or Tony would still have enough to fund Batman or Iron Man.

Back to the Titanic, it has the registry of NGL-401-A

NGL is from shipschematics.net/startrek/fa… for Non-Starfleet General Purpose Liner.  The 401 is the Titanic's yard number.  The A is of course what happened to the first Titanic.

Believe it or no, the first time I ever heard about the Titanic is from Ghostbusters 2 (1989):

"Well, better late than never."

The deflector pods carries the civilian shuttle bays and hanger bays for anyone with shuttle pods that are within a certain size, say not much bigger than an NX-01 shuttle pod due to limited space.  It also has added impulse engines to provide additional thrust for if a cargo container is attached to the ship.  The container attached to the Titanic on the preview image is a starliner passenger container.

I included a Starfleet container, a non-Starfleet container, and a passenger container.  The red arrow with the white star and blue border on the star is a reinterpretation of the Whitestar Line that initially built the Titanic, but made simple and upgraded for the 23rd century.  I also have a picture that compared this ship with the Bonhomme Richard class at 299.8m with NCC-1701-A on it -- my thoughts the Enterprise-A on Star Trek: Beyond (2016) was not a Constitution class, but a different class of ship that's very similar to the Constitution class.  Like the Sombra class or Bonhomme Richard, thinking Bonhomme Richard of the Kelvin timeline.

Due to its size and speed, it has 4 metallic helium-3/deuterium fuel tanks with 2 dilithium fusion reactors to power the warp engines in order to reach those speeds on the ship's specs.

The missing number 13 for the meshes has nothing to do with superstition, but rather I had a different design with the fusion warp core on top with a bridge tower, but nixed it for the fuel docks and integrated bridge as you see it.

It does have 8 phase cannons and shields -- as opposed to polarized hull plating -- but it's mostly against more lightly armoured pirate ships.  Chances are Captain Angel and Sybok might still get through somehow since she -- yes, SHE -- still managed to commandeer the Enterprise on, "The Serene Squall," through subterfuge.

It has a restaurant, pool/beach/arboretum combo, several 3d augmented reality rooms -- aka a poor man's holodeck -- a playground, dance hall, theatre for concerts, many forms of comfort.  The cabins are designed to either have 1 or 2 person occupancy, and can be reconfigured for a third or fourth if necessary.

It has bioreactors to recycle the air and generate biomatter for the food synthesizers.  They still have hydroponics, but they have to ensure there's also enough room for escape pods and escape shuttles -- a mistake the first Titanic had.  The Titanic also has stored biomatter cards for the synthesizers, and uses the Bosch reaction to supplement the oxygen supply.

Water is still recycled as on the Enterprise, but hoping none of the workers will accidentally beam into the waterworks.

Despite having 2 transporters on the bottom of the ship, there are docking ports for docking shuttles and gangways for passengers.

If the Titanic has a starliner container docked, the passengers from the starliner are still permitted to go aboard the Titanic itself, and vice versa.

This Titanic still has to worry about space icebergs, namely comets.  And hopefully won't end up like this starliner from Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone (1983):

Edit: I forgot to mention that the ship has four warp plasma exhaust systems -- aka tail pipes. Instead of say 3000kg of warp plasma going down the power conduits, 10kg with the use of a warp plasma converter. The remaining 2990kg has their energy transferred to the mere 10kg, then vented.
