In case you wondered who's my icon^^I still have no ideas for details. I even have a hard time with the name : O
I'm not so good at making original characters but somehow I like this one :3

Only vague things where I am still not sure.
I should get some ideas on paper so I dont forget them.
For now he should be some sort of mischievous, sassy and energetic.
I tried some random generators for abilities just for fun to see some examples.
The only interesting thing that came out was being able to see at night (What is not a bad idea) and being able to control electricity (not sure, maybe with the antennas^^)
His size would reach the hips of a grown person. Maybe a little smaller^^

[place name here] is a strange creature from another world. he is some kind of lizard with raw electric energy within him, this makes him rather hyper and full of energy. he is also very mischievous and full of moxie, he is not shy about pulling any kind of prank for a laugh or two. standing at roughly 4 feet tall, his small and cute appearance appeals to many people, which he uses fully to his advantage to slip out of most trouble. He has quite a liking for girls and tends to be overly friendly toward them. quite often his Appeal fails to protect him, but he is very fast and agile and is able to get away most of the time. If cornered however, he can pepper his attacker with jolts of electricity. He does however tire rather quickly, leading to him making mistakes. he is quite smart and very clever, but is very rash and rarely thinks anything trough fully. he has a distinctive laughter, that of a fast and high pitch cackle. his voice is also high in pitch, and he can talk quite fast. He can channel his electric energy through his bright crown upon his head. from here he can fire it out at his target, using his ears to focus to blast. he can also use his energy is other ways. he crown glows when it is charged, making a handy light source. he does have strong eyes, enabling him to see well in darkness.

You got some great ideas here! Many of these ideas fits to what I have thought for him.
I'm thinking of making a ref where I can put all the info in.
For now I should do some practice drawing him^^
