Eons ago, there was a gang war on Cybertron between the Cybertronian Brotherhood and the Instruments of Destruction. The gang war was so massive it took the entire Autobot Elite Guard to put an end to it. By now, the gang war was nothing more than history, but the Instruments of Destruction still live. In 1848, a stasis pod crash landed on Earth. In 1906, the stasis pod opened up and out came two robotic falcons, Laserbeak and Buzzsaw, and their master, Soundwave. During his time on Earth, he learned to adapt to his surroundings. During both WWII and the Cold War, he tried to signal an SOS signal to Cybertron and failed. He has been notified as a great criminal on Cybertron, and his skills took flight on Earth. In 1963, he started to cyberform Chernorbyl. In 1984, he planned a plan that was hidden away for over 30 years. In 2008, talk radio fell silent as he broadcasted a message to Cybertron saying “I still function.” Now, as the Decepticon communications officer, he will bring the gang war back from the dead and destroy the Autobots. In battle, Laserbeak and Buzzsaw double as his claws and can use his missile launcher to blast away foes. Also he has a secret, he can use his Energon to turn into Soundblaster, a more powerful version of himself.

About Transformers Into the Nexus:
Transformers Into the Nexus is a Transformers character redesign series and also a fanon fighting game with elements from the Marvel Vs Capcom series, Killer Instinct and the Super Smash Bros. series. Some of the roster includes characters that are notable favorites (like Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Megatron), characters that were left in the dust (like Crumplezone and Ransack) and my own original characters.

Sweet Solus Prime, Soundwave! Wow, I never thought I blazed through the roster that fast! Anyway, Nexus Soundwave is something that I had trouble with. First, his alt mode, I do NOT want him to be a cassette player! So taking cues from Animated Soundwave, Nexus Soundwave transforms into a lowrider. Second, He is a blend of NRG's Instruments of Destruction from the 1986 animated Transformers movie and gangs, in fact, during the 80s, there was a gang called the Decepticons who were based in Brooklyn, they steal money from children and their leader's nickname is… you guessed it, Megatron! Third, Nexus Soundwave in game is a shokotan character, meaning he is easy to learn but difficult to master. Okay, I should stop that. Anyways, he is a combination of Fulgore from Killer Instinct and Firebrand in Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 in game as well. However, unlike their Autobot counterparts, the Decepticon cassette minions in ITN are pets to some Decpeticons and are also weapons, in case for Soundwave, he has Laserbeak and Buzzsaw, which double as claws for combat, cool right? Anyway, what about Ravage, Rumble, Frenzy or Ratbat? Well, they are coming soon. Now, Nexus Soundwave is a pain for me, at least I hope you enjoyed.
