Description Favorite Hero: Superman- since June 1938, Superman has always and will always be the most iconic superhero and a pop culture phenomenon in history. Through different stages and events in the past century, Superman has been able to see the world through and be set an example for heroism.

Despised Hero: The Monitors- while the first Monitor that appeared in "Crisis on Infinite Earths" actually did something, the Monitors that appeared later on after "Infinite Crisis" did nothing despite declaring how their job of protecting the multiverse was so important. One job these celestial beings had and only three of them actually did their job.

Favorite Villain: Darkseid- He. Is. The. New. God. This guy loves ruling Apokalips with an ironfist, killing Kryptonians, humiliating gods, and conquering universes, all while trying to mathematically prove that life is meaningless and all should just follow him and make all creation into Darkseid's bidding.

Despised Villain: Harley Quinn- Good Lord, this girl annoys the hell out of me!! I don't know why she's so freaken popular, and how the hell does some brainwashed psychiatrist in clown makeup with a stupid mallet and baseball bat qualify in being an operative in a government black ops squad?!

Most Overrated: Batman- mind you, I don't hate Batman. I just kind of get a tad bit annoyed that people and DC Comics give him so much attention. I mean come on, there are plenty of other heroes to give the spotlight too. How many comic book titles are there with Batman in the title?!

Most Underrated: Captain Atom- let's see what we got; a dedicated soldier who was framed basically forced to undergo an experiment that would send him decades into the future and be given power over the Quantum Field. Crazy story, huh? Captain Atom has got enough power to go toe to toe with Superman, yet he's swept off to the side for major events.

Favorite Show: Smallville- yes yes, I know this show has got a lot of fillers. I mean, A LOT of fillers. However, this tv series was the gateway for me to DC Comics and comics in general. It not only showed the power of Superman, but I got to see Clark Kent grow up and shape into Superman.

Despised Show: Teen Titans Go- I don't need to say anything. People give it attention, and they keep giving it life to live, so long that it's getting its own movie. Damn this show.

Favorite Couple: Superman/Wonder Woman- even before I read 'Kingdom Come', I couldn't help but be drawn to these two being together. Two powerful beings that are not human or god. Then after 'Kingdom Come' and then finally New 52 making them canon it was a pleasant time.

Despised Couple: Batman/Wonder Woman- the archrival to the ship. I just don't see these two getting along. Even with their pairing in the DCAU.

Favorite Movie: Man of Steel- I was super pumped for when this movie was about to come out, and then when I finally saw it, I will be the one half of the internet to say, I was not disappointed. This movie was great. It was great to see Superman flying and doing what he does best in saving the world, after so many years of movies just about Batman.

Despised Movie: Catwoman- this movie was terrible. Plain and simple.

Yeah. I want other heroes to get more attention. Like, I would love a Flash game. Or even better, a good Superman game!

Oh I have so many fond memories of Smallvile, everyday I used to watch an episode of Smallvile with my dad.

Superman's a great hero, Captain Atom should seriously get his own graphic novel event and a trilogy, Teen Titans Go can rot, I thought the Cat Woman movie was a porn parody was it not?

Yeah. I remember you telliny me so.

Superman will always be a great hero, despite the hiccups in publishing history.
Seconded on Captain Atom.
Let Teen Titans Go die.
Nope. More like a movie against beauty products.

Teen Titans Go is polluting the DC universe, same with DC Superhero girls, they're trying to make Superheroes into Bratz or Barbie, just to get little girls to watch it, that's not how they should be introduced.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

NextGenerator In reply to DanielJHowe [2018-02-11 22:46:04 +0000 UTC]

I don't mind DC Superhero Girls. It's just there, and shouldn't be for me to say what girls should be allowed to see.
But Teen Titans Go must be replaced instead with Justice League Action.

DanielJHowe In reply to NextGenerator [2018-02-18 04:56:28 +0000 UTC]

What I'm saying is DC superheroes are not Barbie dolls and shouldn't be treated as such.

I think Young Justice and Teen Titans would be better, Young Justice is coming back, Nolan North told me personally like a year ago at Supanova convention.

NextGenerator In reply to DanielJHowe [2018-02-18 21:34:11 +0000 UTC]

Hey, say what you want with DC Superhero Girls, but at least they implement and promote good values in a school setting for young girls to relate to. Whereas Teen Titans Go is just random and hyperactive crap with nothing to show for it.

Yeah, It was already confirmed Young Justice would be returning about a year ago. But it's nice you got to see Nolan North.

DanielJHowe In reply to NextGenerator [2018-02-19 03:18:49 +0000 UTC]

Yeah but it's not superheroes, it's barbies with superpowers.

Nolan North is a beautiful man, he will be reprising his roles int he show too, also he wishes firefly came back too.

NextGenerator In reply to DanielJHowe [2018-02-19 03:25:08 +0000 UTC]

Like I said, it's just there. It's not that bad.

I've only seen few episodes of Firefly.

I have frustrations that must be relieved.

Nolan North brought it up saying it's fan base was similar to Young Justice's.

Also I find Mongul to be very esquistite and distinguished.

If you say so. Mongul is just a warlord that rules his own planet-sized warship that can trade blows with Kryptonians. Don't really care about his looks.

I don't remember if I asked you this before, but if Next Gen became a live action product, who would play the characters.

Also another question I have, do you watch Murdoch Mysteries? It's a great show and the main character, William Murdoch reminds me a lot of you and Kairo for some reason.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

NextGenerator In reply to DanielJHowe [2018-03-02 06:03:09 +0000 UTC]

You've asked me about voice actors. But not live action. As for who could play Kairos, is really hard to say. Someone who has shown to have presence, height and can pull of an accent (Kairos grew up a lot around Greek culture). Adam Driver.

I've never heard of it, but from that feint description actually hooks my attention.

DanielJHowe In reply to NextGenerator [2018-03-02 11:17:23 +0000 UTC]

Interesting, that is very surprising, Adam Driver huh?

It may seem weird, but when I'm talking to you, and when I am reading Next Gen I envision both you and Kairo's as William Murdoch, very strange, maybe it's you're both direct, intelligent and somewhat stoic?

Took a while to look up actors fit a role and character like Kairos.

I see. I'd need to look at that show.

DanielJHowe In reply to NextGenerator [2018-03-03 03:59:37 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, you definitely need someone with presence and an aura, some of my suggestions would be Channing Tatum, Jake Gyllenhaal, or Michael Fassbender.

I really think you'll enjoy it.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

NextGenerator In reply to DanielJHowe [2018-03-03 04:15:17 +0000 UTC]

Channing Tatum dare I say is too American. Jake Gyllenhaal, great dynamic actor but I think he would be better fit for another character of mine; either K'iran or Martin Jordan. Same with Michael Fassbender, he'd probably be better as someone else.

On the subject of characters that sound or are like Kairos; superiornite.deviantart.com/ar…

DanielJHowe In reply to NextGenerator [2018-03-03 05:07:52 +0000 UTC]

Channing Tatum for Donnie maybe?

I'm going to say K'iran, that'd be a really cool performance!

Fassbender as Martin perhaps? Zach?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

NextGenerator In reply to DanielJHowe [2018-03-03 16:55:34 +0000 UTC]

His jawline is too thick for Donnie.

K'iran it is.

Fassbender would be fit for someone with military experience. I do need to find a live performer for Colonel Atom.

Those would be great castings, here's some of mine that aren't based of real life people.

Meltdown - Chris Evans

Tyrannisus - Josh Durhamel

Anarchist - Daniel Kaluuya

General Typhoon - Temuera Morrison

Lieutenant Typhoon - Miriama Smith

Petrinos - Joseph Anoa'i

And Lionman's actor?

Nice choices.

Kairos - Adam Driver (Star Wars, Kylo Ren)

Batman Beyond - Jensen Ackles (Supernatural, Dean Winchester)

Lisa Luthor - Erica Durance (Smallville, Lois Lane)

Martin Jordan - Matthew Gray Gubler (Criminal Minds, Reid)

Zach- Matt Smith (Doctor Who, the Doctor)

Shockwave - Michael Rosenbaum (Smallville, Lex Luthor)

R'iva - Zoe Saldana (Guardians of the Galaxy, Gamora)

Kazador - Jason Momoa (Justice League, Aquaman)

Brigadier Atom - Damien Lewis (Band of Brothers, Colonel Winters)

Nightshade - Paget Brewster (Criminal Minds, Prentiss)

DanielJHowe In reply to NextGenerator [2018-03-17 00:28:39 +0000 UTC]

I mean, I'd have to play Lionman, but if I had to choose someone... Liam Hemsworth, why not.

Morganeth - Matthew McConaughey

Exodius - Leonardo DiCaprio (Would of been Heath Ledger if he was still with us)

Ultravox X - Kurt Russel

Dr Regal - Bruce Willis

Kolasius - Dwayne Johnson

Defender - Jeremy Renner

NextGenerator In reply to DanielJHowe [2018-03-18 02:03:56 +0000 UTC]

I would play Kairos, except I'm a Tejano (Mexican-Texan) with very brown skin, and Greeks while they may have a Mediterranean tan, they're still caucasian.

Superman - Jon Hamm (Henry Cavil is great, but I need an older man for the Next Gen Man of Steel)

Wonder Woman - Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman is still ageless)

Bruce Wayne - Michael Keaton (He's aged spryly)

Phantom Stranger - Alon Abutbul

I mean I don't think it would be that noticeable, if it's so much of a problem, you could just use CGI? XD

Good choices.

Next Gen: Super Cafe BeyondMetropolis...
Still, among the shining example of human achievement, the city of Metropolis has advanced along with all other cities through the years of technology, architecture, and development. But despite all the flying cars in the certified city airways, there were places that still remained the same. Like a particular cafe-diner that was not too shabby, but there was something that made it special; it was a watering hole for superheroes.
Whether amateur or veteran superheroes, if you were a person who went out and saved people and stopped villains, then this is the place to come if you wanted to rest. There are other cafe-diners like this one of other major cities across the world, but this one, in particular, had two special guests; the son of Superman and Wonder Woman and the son of Batman.
Kairos was not one to eat, due to embracing his heritage and physiology in surviving solely on solar radiation, but the cafe served beef bourgionnin, so this was an exception.
This one is more slice of life
