This is for an issue regarding the upside down taskbars.double click use-taskbar-transparent-flipped.bat if you want the left and top to work
to go back to normal double click use-scheme-default.bat
skin should be installed here:
c:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\WindowBlinds\pico-tx
