Vector of Kuroneko (Gokou Ruri) from Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai.I did the coloring mostly with gradient meshes and and some gradients, no blurs were used.

Nice! I really like the light color use in her butt to show the translucency of her dress.
The only thing I can point out is some banding on the hair and I'm not sure if it's intentional or not.
It looks great and I love the look of the whole picture!
