so this was done for an art challenge over at PencilJack.com. i really didn't have time to do something like this, but after participating in a somewhat heated thread over there, we were all called out to do this challenge. so yeah here it is.i'd say that this is the first time i've ever drawn gambit, but then i'd be lying
i really copped out on the background. i was planning on those guns to be shooting, but one only has so much time >_<. perhaps i'll touch it up later with some gunfire and junk

Great image Joe. I really don't care for the character, never really did like him. But the pic is well done. To be honest I don't think the lack of gunfire in the background hurts the pic. With less going on in the background the eye is drawn more to the figure of Gambit.

Wow the proportions and detail on the muscles of Gambit is quite cool.. just a small crit that He's face looks a bit evil, other than that everything else is excellent

I don't like his face for whatever reason, but to each his own. However, the picture as a whole owns six ways to Sunday. And that musculature... whoa shit, it's awesome. That's the Danger Room I take it?

Damn, Joe. If that's a cop out...then I hate you. lol. Looks awesome. One tiny crit. The size of his hips/groin area is a tad larger than his shoulders which is kinda hard on the brain since his hips seem like they should be behind him in this perspective/pose.
