Description
so this was done for an art challenge over at PencilJack.com. i really didn't have time to do something like this, but after participating in a somewhat heated thread over there, we were all called out to do this challenge. so yeah here it is.i'd say that this is the first time i've ever drawn gambit, but then i'd be lying
i really copped out on the background. i was planning on those guns to be shooting, but one only has so much time >_<. perhaps i'll touch it up later with some gunfire and junk

This is amazing, one of the better Gambits I've seen. Ya might have even passed Jim Lee's version in my eyes!!

thanks dude... yeah i'm really trying to make my backgrounds and foregrounds look more cohesive with eachother. i think it's one thing that a lot of artists (including myself) have trouble with.

Remember the good old days, when Gambit was cool?
*dodges playing cards thrown by the diehard Gambit fans*
Great pic, though. Reminds me of the trading card series that was done entirely by Jim Lee of the X-universe.

oh man i'd give my left nut to get the whole set of those cards. i used to love them when i was a kid... ok maybe not my left nut.. maybe a bag of pistachios instead.

I have the whole set ... somewhere ... I've moved a couple times in the last few years, so half my worldly possessions reside semi-permanently in boxes.
It was a good set, for sure, but I'd hesitate to say they're worth Ol' Lefty.
