So I have been looking at [link] for a fair long while and been wanting to do a complete repaint of this lovely character, who belongs to I believe.So here it is - Mutare Take II.
Doesn't feel finished to me but I need to move onto other things now. I still suck at backgrounds - who cares....

Nicely done. I like the designs and folds on the semi kimono. I can agree with you that it doesn't seem like its done. I think the wings seem a bit blurred as opposed to her who is sharp. I definitely like the color interactions, you got some pink/greens going as well as some red/greens which make it an interesting piece to stare at. No comment in regards to the background as I also suck at them, if your ever feeling like adding more to this you should consider taking the design on the cloth and perhaps give it a tad brighter more metallic/reflective like gold. Ultimately though a work of art is never done, it is done when an artist abandons it. Its a great piece all in all.

Yeah - the wings are the main reason to why i don't feel the piece is finished. But i don't paint wings often so i wasn't really sure where I was going with them anyway. lol
