Just a quick sketch of Freezard from Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue as I practice my digital drawing after moving from paper and pencil earlier this year.(PROFILE):

Freezard is one of my favorite monsters and I'd like to draw him more, but I want to do this handsome serpent justice in bringing him to life. He is highly underrated - he can freeze you solid with his snow breath, making statues out of the rangers. Then use a vacuum beam from his mouth to pull prey into his stomach, which is a frozen hammerspace where victims slowly freeze as (presumably) the monster drains their energy. His whole look and demeanor is so imposing and has the perfect predatory snake look.
More to come eventually - Freezard deserves it

If that's a quick sketch for practice, can't wait to see more. As a talentless non-visual artist I don't know how long a non-practice sketch would take, but if you're ever inclined to do monsters and rangers again, I don't think I'll be the only one looking forward to the results

To be honest, this is about as good as I get for the time being - the practice was testing out the digital format from beginning to end. I could add some light highlights on top of the shading, but beyond that I'll need to level up as it were to to take it further.
That said, Freezard is one of those nagging thoughts that pops up in the back of my head from time to time, so it'd be nice to scratch that itch and draw him slowly freezing a Dana with his ice ray, inspecting and appreciating his frozen ranger statue, and taking his time to open wide and send out the vacuum laser to finish off the pink ranger.

I always liked Freezard (thanks to in part looking like a snake) and even downloaded that episode of him freezing that doctor.
