I love doing these little "fact sheets" about the monster's process. I think the one part I'm leaving out is the clown makeup that she puts on her victims in the final stage, which hypnotizes them and puts them in a perma-babied state of mind. In the end, Nanny has an entire nursery of wet-diapered, cooing padded plush heroes...enough to make a momma like her proud.

You will have to ask the creator of the character to know for sure, but my impression was that the suit changes automatically, getting bigger with each wetting which also increases the corruption. I believe Nanny can sense when the corruption is complete.
