I've been playing a lot of the new Sonic Mobile game that came out called "Sonic Forces: Speed Battles"in the game you race 4 real time players to the end of a goal to obtain a "Phantom Ruby Prototype"
Espio (who is a playable character) has not one.. but TWO attacks/moves where he uses the Red Cubes seen with Infinite which inspired me to make this render of Espio perhaps... being corrupted by the Phantom Ruby?

I don't know what's more surprising: the fact that 2/3 of Espio's moves consists of those cubes, or the fact that Shadow doesn't use these moves since he's working with Infinite. Either way, it'll be fun to speculate on if it's not addressed in either an expansion of Speed Battle or in Sonic Forces.
