While there were many Variants and Refits of the Excelsior class during its service there was one ship that was of the Excelsior Refit line and that ship was the USS-Zenterprise NCC-1771-B with Mega Phaser Cannons on supports connecting them to the saucer this variant would go on to serve with other Excelsior Variants well into the late 24th Century and Early 25th Century.
