Nick, that was mind-bogglingly sock-rocking. I think I got a little bit motion sick... I also got this image of Otto on a treadmill chasing after a carrot-style Spiderman...
Right, well...awesome stuffs!

Aww he's so damn cute when he bounces from the impact. I want to hug him to death!

Great job!

That's WICKED!!

Would something like this be easy to make in any sort of animation program?

Nick-Logic In reply to Aurora-Storm [2005-03-30 22:43:52 +0000 UTC]

erm, nah. I used Alias' Maya. It's good for rigging and animating the character more so than any other program i know

This is amazing! The lil' guy really wobbles, doesn't he? You protrayed the movement really well- I've seen some people do Doc Ock flashes, and he just remains static while the tentacles move. This looks very lifelike.

Aw, the music starts gettin' good and it ends, lol!

*drools* I don't dare imagine how much time that took O_o Just fantastic.

Maybe you should come up with a time-to-water-consumption ratio Just to keep some scientific records for all 3-D animators.

2 days work time, less if i was fully attentive to it and not distracted by movies.

So cool Nick! XD I love it! You just gotta love little Doc Ock now you gotta animate him juggling test tubes or something....I dunno, haha.

silver-sehkmet [2005-03-29 15:33:17 +0000 UTC]

Haha I love it. Why does Spidey stand still after a while? Just because it was distracting?

Nick-Logic In reply to silver-sehkmet [2005-03-29 17:06:37 +0000 UTC]

that's cause he never really runs yet. He's just a placeholder.
