I do like the details in the wall and the reflective lighting in fact all of the lighting in the top part of the drawing. May I ask what program was used and what amount of time from start to finish did this take?

Thanks mate! It was a long time ago so I'mm not 100% sure but I think around 20-25 hours. I use only photoshop to paint .
