Well.. everyone else contrasted light and dark, which relies on visual perception, but you force us to contrast the similar hues using more profound criterion. I've always looked at the devil as being an angel and unless there's billions of them, and proportianate diversity, angels and demons would be identical in physical appearance. Therefore if the were in a battle, it would be just like us going to war, and the only real differences would be in ideology. This piece embodies that feeling for me.

the whole pic or the skin?
Try tuning it black and white with a layer on top filled with black set to hue/saturation/colour---one of them'll do it. It helps sort out issues that might be difficult to spot in colour.
