Reminds me of a mutant in a Half Life single player mod called PARANOIA.
You play as a member of the Spetnaz, you are sent along with a group of soldiers to an industrial complex thats been taken over by terrorists, but as soon as you and your buddies have taken care of the terrorists and ventured into what looks like a hidden research lab, you discover things that used to be human.
